This policy covers the company website at emptycupdevelopment.com. Visits to emptycup.llc are sent on to it. Each of our apps, Enough and Meeting Place, has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy applies when you use the app.

  • Our host, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and basic browser details to deliver each page and protect the site, as every host does.

1. Who we are

Empty Cup Development LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we", "us"), runs this website.

2. What this site collects

Nothing. It has no accounts or forms, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising code. Its fonts, images and code come from the site itself, so your browser makes no requests to other companies.

3. What our host handles

Cloudflare hosts this site and protects it from attacks. To deliver each page, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the details every browser sends, such as the page you asked for, the time and your browser type. Cloudflare keeps standard server and security logs under its own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We do not download or keep copies of these logs, and we do not use them to identify anyone.

Cloudflare also shows us totals for the site, such as the number of visits per day and the countries visits come from. These totals come from the information above, with no script and no cookies on the site. We see only totals, which do not identify anyone, and we use them only to understand how much the site is used.

4. Email you send us

You can write to us at contact@emptycupdevelopment.com, or use the Contact button, which opens your own email app with a new message to that address. Nothing is sent until you send it. When you do, we receive your email address and whatever you write. This is the only personal information we receive through this site. Our company mailbox is hosted by Northwest Registered Agent, so Northwest handles your message too, under its privacy policy: northwestregisteredagent.com/privacy-policy. We use your message only to reply to you, never for marketing, and we never add you to a mailing list. We keep messages only as long as we need them, for example to finish answering you or to respond to a legal request.

5. What we never do

We never sell or share personal information, never use it for advertising, and never build profiles of visitors.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Because this site collects nothing, the only thing we might hold is an email you sent us. To ask, write to contact@emptycupdevelopment.com (or use the Contact button) with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will answer as soon as we reasonably can, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Children

This site is for a general audience. It collects nothing from anyone, children included. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child sends us an email, we treat it like any other message and use it only to reply.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the version and the effective date at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.
